She is a multi award winning Central Arkansas studio and outdoor photographer serving Little Rock, Benton, Bryant, Maumelle, Conway and other surrounding cities who specializes in innovative newborn, young children, smash cake, maternity and family portrait photography. She has been immersed in the photography world for 20+ years. Portraits by Barefoot Mama was founded in 2010. Pregnancy is a whirlwind of emotions, a whirlwind of appointments, a whirlwind of backed up chores and an ever growing list of firsts. Then sweet baby arrives and it just adds more emotions, appointments, backed up chores and more firsts! SO whether you are currently pregnant and shopping around for a photographer or baby is here and you're frantically searching to book Barefoot Mama is here for you! We book newborn sessions 6 days a week, 1-2 a day and have availability within the month. If baby is here and sneaking up on the one month mark we may be able to get you in sooner (just text and ask). We offer three different types of sessions to meet the vibe and budget of any Mama. Client closet and all props are provided but of course you can bring your own. If you plan on using the client closet please text your size to Abbie 3+ day prior to the session to allow Abbie time to collaborate with you. Pregnancy is uncomfortable and the idea of posing 27-34 weeks pregnant while swollen and belly out in front of a stranger seems like a nightmare. However the regret of not capturing these beautifully fleeting, (very uncomfortable), love filled moments is more haunting. Abbie has been complimented time and time again about her innate ability to make a session that most dread be filled with laughter. All Portraits by Barefoot Mama sessions are filled with posed and unposed play. Abbie truly takes her time to connect with your children and find what makes them belly giggle. She never rushes her sessions or the children during her sessions. It may feel utterly overwhelming attempting to piece together a cohesive but not too matchy, fun but not too busy, relaxed and yet tailored collection of outfits for your families session! No worries! Abbie can be with you every step of the way when planning your outfits by piecing together a few client closet items and some items you may have on hand as well as some quick Amazon finds. Client closet items range from newborn to thirteen years old for kids and women size xs-xxxl. Client closet is provided but of course you can bring your own. If you plan on using the client closet please text your size to Abbie 3+ day prior to the session to allow Abbie time to collaborate with you. If you want a little extra with your Baby turning one and you would like a birthday setup, cake smash and bath the Cake Smash Package is perfect! This package comes with a full setup with balloons and an outfit too! Cake is not provided due to allergies.
